Deaf Flag

This banner intends to transmit the values: Freedom, Pride, Solidarity and visibility.

The three colors that make up the flag design are representative of deafness and humanity with dark blue, sign language with turquoise, and enlightenment and hope with yellow. Arnaud Balard wanted the flag to be an international symbol that welcomes deaf people.
